Summer Update

It is now the beginning of the end of summer, and we have some more results. Chet was second in the Fireweed 400 solo division, qualifying for the Race Across America along the way. He was locked in battle with another rider visiting from California, Dave Elsberry, for most of the race. The final outcome wasn't clear until the final miles of the race. John won the Hope Road race, just a few days after he was second at the Fort Rich road race. On the mountain side, Carey and Brent went 1-2 in the Kincaid XC #4.

On another note, we had Chet's bachelor party. Not really bike related, but we did drink a lot of beer, and with a bar as our co-sponsor, it fits. Photos:

Carey, John and Brent, great job on Saturday. You guys are real sportsmen for stopping to help out a downed rider. I'm proud to be on the same team as the three of you.
